Yes, The size of cell of an organism has no relation with the size of its body. The size of the cell don't matter. It's always the number of cells. If the organism is unicellular, it is very microscopic. If it is multicellular, as the cell number increases, the size of the organism will also increase. Example: Rat is smaller than elephant. It is because Rat has very less cells than elephant.

Yeah this statement is true as because an ant and an elephant have the the same cell size.But in elephant the cell are more in numbers than in ants and so their size matters.The cell numbers shows the size of an organism but every single cell in of same size and each of them performs their own functions.
