Justify the title of the play villa for sale

Villa for sale is a very appropriate title,for the entire story revolves around the sale Juliette's villa. She us desperate to sell it but is upset to find there are not any buyers.A couple Gaston and Jeanne arrive arrive to check it out and to find out the price and in what follows, the house gets sold twice. First Gaston was pretending to be the owner of the house to Mrs.Al Smith and sold the villa to her and then buy a villa from Juliette both the buyer and seller have a feeling that they had made a bargain but it was Gaston who had a last laugh. Not only he had made a profit but also keep his in-laws in a bay. Thus the title is quite apt.
