The title of the sttory is quite appropriate .The story is all about a sailor's family in which his sail in south indian ocean is described. during his sail with his family, his ship named "wavewalker" encoutered different climatic changes.his children asked the narrator that were they going to die. the narrator tried to convince them but they tol that they are not afraid to die ... if we all be together

the title is quite appropriate for the story . as the story continues in a great determination to duplicate the round the world voyage made 200 years ago by captain James cook , it became worse when they were introduced a little bit of the upcoming danger . they got hit by a huge wave after being alarmed by the atrocious weather . although in the beginning it doesn't seem something to worry about . they celebrated Christmas by decorating the Christmas tree . but soon they realized that they had to face the evil side of the ocean. they got stuck in between the deteriorating weather and were helpless hopeless . the captain got some injuries which made him unconscious for some time but made out of it . when he went for Jonathan and Sue to make them aware of the situation which came with an ominous silence , he assured them that everything's going to be fine , Jonathan asked that were they going to die . Jonathan was aware or the situation and said " we are not afraid to die if we can all be together" this gave him extra courage and power to make out of the situation . also Sue made a greeting card to show how much she loved her family . this courage , love and affection between them helped to come of the atrocious situation when they worked together and believed in themselves .
