A cloud is considered as non-living even though it can move and can grow

YES , A CLOUD IS AN NON LIVING THING .

Cloud is made up of water vapor and dust particles which are lighter than the air so they move from one place to other . And cloud increases its size as the water vapour increases in them. So ,they are not considered as living thing.
