The integers start from -infinite to +infinite. The natural number starts from 1 to infinite
So, every natural number is an integer

Every natural number is an integer as integers is natural number with opposite signs and 0 and thus every natural number (eg.1,2,3,...) is an integer also (eg.-2,-1,0,1,2)
