Answer:

S.P of the house = ₹ 8,25,000 Gain = ₹ 2,00,000 Since, Gain = S.P – C.P 2,00,000 = 8,25,000 – C.P So, C.P = ₹ 6,25,000 So, Gain % = (Gain/C.P) × 100 = (2,00,000/6,25,000) × 100 = 32 % Now, Gain % becomes 3% more then Gain % = 35% Since, Gain % = (Gain/C.P) × 100 35 = (Gain/6,25,000) × 100 0.35 × 6,25,000 = Gain So, Gain = 218750 Since, Gain = S.P – C.P 2,18,750 + 6,25,000 = S.P So, S.P = ₹ 8,43,750
