a2= 2k+2
a3= 13
d= a2-a1
= 2k+2-(k+1)
= 2k +2 -k -1
d = k-1 -(1)
d=a3-a2
=13-(2k+2)
=13-2k-2
d = 11-2k -(2)
From (1) and (2)
k-1=11-2k
k+2k=11+1
3k=12
k=12/3
k=4
