Length of Diagonal = 34 cm whose adjacent sides are  30 cm and 16 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

adjacent sides of a rectangle are  30 cm and 16 cm.

One side = 30 cm

Another Side = 16 cm

Diagonal = D

as rectangle have angles equal 90 deg between adjacent side

so we can apply Pythagoras theorem

Diagonal² = OneSide²  + AnotherSide²

=> D² = 30² + 16²

=> D² = 900 + 256

=> D² = 1156

=> D² = 34²

=> D = 34

Length of Diagonal = 34 cm
