a2 - a1 = d , a3 - a2 = d
-1 - (K + 5) = d , 2k - 1 - (-1) = d
So, -1 - (K + 5) = 2k - 1 - (-1)
-1 - K - 5 = 2k - 1 + 1
-6 - K = 2k
-6 = 2k + k
-6 = 3k
-6/3 = k
or, k = -6/3
