Explanation:

RK Narayan was an extraordinary storyteller born in South India and was the first to acclaim international recognition. Although he is no longer alive his stories will remain alive forever.

Mr. Narayan explored the traditions and virtues of our nation and created a small town of Malgudi whose characters were taken from day to day lives of his actual life.  

He made storytelling marvelous and his stories portrayed India that hovers between new industry and the village life.

He is, therefore, most acclaimed and shall always be remembered for ages to come.
