जैसे- रोया, खा रहा, जायेगा आदि।

उदाहरणस्वरूप अगर एक वाक्य 'मैंने खाना खाया' देखा जाये तो इसमें क्रिया 'खाया' शब्द है। 'इसका नाम मोहन है' में क्रिया 'है' शब्द है।
