A cion has two faces in same manner farmer is also dilling with two situations:

1) HAPPY and EASY:

* government had introduced may programs like irrigation facility and seeds at cheaper rate .

* many at time the crops were destroyed because of heavy rainfall, no rainfall,or because of bacteria. But for this also government had introduced 'kisaan sichai yojna','National water program' etc.... .

2)UN-HAPPY and UN-SATISFY

*Many at time the farmers are not satisfy by the government policies, or they did not get the facility which is provided for them.
