swasthya ki ek vyakti ke jeevan mein bahot badi bhoomika hai. ek rogi vyakti kabhi bhi apne jivan mein safal nahi ho sakta hai . kehte hai pehla sukh nirogi ka ya. ek vyakti apne jivan mein tabhi kamyab ho sakta hai jab vaihe tan aur man dono se swasthya ho aur agar aisa nahi hai to vaihe kabhi bhi kamyab nahi ho sakta .
