क्यों हम पानी पीते है लैकिन हमारे कोशिका में ग्लोकोस -(H2O) और CO2 में टूटता है। why do we drink water, but glucose breaks down in our cells - (H2O )and CO2​

We drink water to get hydrated ,regulate movement of waste material in our body and so that they can be drained our body .

While when we respire oxygen taken from surrounding is used by our body to break Glucose into pyruvate and then into H²O , CO² and Energy as to gain energy to perform daily life activities and we get Glucose from food that we eat especially (Carbohydrates) and not from water.
