Solution,

Now,the new 3 people are as efficient as Kalyan.

So, we can assume the total man power as 4×Kalyan.

Now, half of the work needs = 64/2 = 32 days

If Kalyan worked alone,then the other half of the work would take 32 days.

But, there are 4 Kalyans for the other half of the work.

Now,

1 Kalyan will take = 32 days

4 Kalyan will take = 32/4 = 8 days

(Two terms are inversely proportional.)
