We need to find the difference between her father and mother's age​.

Solution

Let the age of Kamal be x

since Kamal is 4 years younger than his brother ,

       Brother's age = x+ 4

As sister was 4 years old when brother was born,

       age difference between brother and sister =  4

Father's age when sister was born = 30

Mother's age when he was born    = 30  

Then ,

   Mother's age at sister's birth = 30-8
                                                    = 22 years

∴ Age difference between mother and father  =  8 years
