r = 15%p.a.
n = 2 years

So, A = P(1+r/100)^n
A = 8000(1+15/100)^2 = 8000(115/100)^2
A = 8000×28×28/25×25 = 12.8×784 = 10035.2₹
So Kamla have to pay 10035.2₹ in the end of 2 years.
