BENEFITS OF KANYASHREE PRAKALPA"The depertment of women development and social welfare,west bengal formulated the kanyashree "THE DREAM OF THE HONORABE CHIEF MNISTER Mr.s MAMATA BANERJEE" in october 2013.It is conditioonal a conditional cash transfer scheme with the aim of impruving the girl child in west bengal.It is a scheme for the benefit of female students reading in classes 8 to 12 in government sponsored schools of west bengal.Each girls students between 14 to 18 years age grow up with a low family income is iligible to get a grant of Rs-750/-every year for continuing their studies.Once the students passes the H.S examination ,she will be given one time grant of Rs-37,500/- when ever she completes 18 years of age.The scheme has been benefited many students in rural areas.Since guardians fell encouraged to send their daughters in schools and allows them to continue their studies.Dropout especially amoung girls from poor families has connsideradly reduced due to the kanashree prakalpa.Again the pracic of early marriage of the girls have also been curbed for this unique scheams.Now the number of girl students has incresed in all the local school as the scheme has injected a fresh elixir into the vain of women education in the locality.About 20 lakh girls have been benefited sine it's launch.Last of all it is a matter of great joy to our nation that kanyashree prakalpa has won the greatest honour in the world from "Hegh"in Natherland.
