Karan ’s old share = 3/5

Share surrendered by karan = 1/3*3/5

=3/15

Karan's new share = 3/5-3/15

=(3/5*3/3)-3/15

=9/15-3/15

=6/15

arjun ’s old share = 2/5

Share surrendered by arjun = 1/10*2/5

=1/25

arjun’s new share = 2/5-1/25

=(2/5*5/5)-1/25

=10/25-1/25

=9/25

bheem's new share = karan's scarifies + arjun's scarifies

=3/15+1/25

=(3/15*5/5 ) + (1/25*3/3)

=15/75+3/75

=18/75

New ratio

Karan,s new ratio =6/15*5/5

=30/75

Arjun’s new ratio = 9/25*3/3

=27/75

Bheem’s new ratio = 18/75

New ratio = 30:27:18

(Or)

=10:9:6

Hope its useful..!!

The new profit sharing ratio is 10 : 9 : 6

The sacrifice ratio of Karan is = 1 / 5

The sacrifice ratio of Arjun is = 1 / 25

To calculate new profit sharing ratio the formula is

New profit ratio = Old ratio - Sacrifice ratio.

But we should calculate sacrifice ratio first to find new profit sharing ratio

The formula to find sacrifice ratio is

Sacrifice ratio = Old ratio * surrender ratio.

Karan' s sacrifice = 3:2

= 3 + 2 = 5 (3 / 5)

= (3 / 5) * (1 / 3)

= 1 / 5

Arjun's sacrifice = 2 : 1

= (2 / 5)

= (2 / 5) * (1 / 10)

= 1 / 25

New profit ratio = Old ratio - Sacrifice ratio.

Karan's new ratio

= (3 / 5) - (1 / 5)

= 2 / 5.

Arjun's new ratio

= (2 / 5) - (1 / 25)

= 9 / 25

To calculate Bheem' s ratio

Karan's ratio + Arjun's ratio

= (1 / 5) + (1 / 25)

= 6 / 25

Now the profit sharing ratio of 3 partners are

= 2 / 5 : 9 / 25 : 6 / 25

When we simplify them we get

= 10 : 9 : 6.

Therefore the new profit sharing ratio is 10 : 9 : 6.
