As he had to be trained to be good just like a baby and had to be taught when to sit down or walk, when to go fast and go slow. When he was naughty, he need to be scolded as there is a chance that he will do more mischief. So, Kari treated like a baby.

Of course Being a baby,Kari was naughty beyond limits.If not tamed or trained to act good,He could get more mischievous.
