Answer and Explanation:

Going digital can help karl in many ways here are few:

The main reason we take a business online is to improve customer connectivity, we take prices online, we resolve customer queries, we promote appoint ments etc all to gain the trust of the customer. Once we gain a complete trust of a customer he will indirectly become a recurring income.

In our case karl takes his business online by creating an application, he can provide various features which will help him as well as customer.

a) Every vehicle needs a service and it can happen that, too many vehicles can come to the garage at a time or some times no car comes to the garage, this is waste of time on both sides, so the application helps customers to book an appointment on a specific day, if a slot is filled they can pick another.

b) Prices will be displayed online for specific service provided, this will help us gain customers trust. Customer will know we don't charge based on the status of the person, but the prices are fixed and are in equilibrium.

c) When karl proves to be a good mechanic based on the reviews in common online platforms like google reviews etc, people will start to trust, choose karl to other service providers

d) A car can break down any where and any time and once it does the first thing we do is search for the mechanics online and karl will get to fix that line of issues as well.

Karl will be able to get many customers, develop a healthy relationship with customer, make his business go more smoother and customise with the requirements which he needs.

Hope this helped...
