Answer:

There is no doubt that the creation of Kashmir was an unwise policy of India. While explaining this, with reference to comment made by  Mr. J.M. Manchanda. If we review this issue to pinpoint the problem of Kashmir.

It is not, at all a  land dispute between India and Pakistan unlike what Mr. Manchanda made out of it. So the occupation of a particular country of Kashmir is not the problem. In other words, even if India got a whole of the Kashmir, the problem would have been worse for India.

The problem is originated from the fact that Kashmiris, who are  85 percent population of Kashmir do not want to be a part of in India or Pakistan. The Kashmiris had asked for help from India against the tribal invasion just like the Srilankan.

India should have fulfilled the promise agreed with the Kashmiris. But instead, they started playing dirty tricks against Kashmiris ever since the occupation.
