Kasim and Rizwan are the two sides of a coin

Rizwan is educated and Kazim is uneducated. This is the only difference between both of them and thus they are the two faces. The same coin brings home the fact that Rizwan and Kazim are undergoing the same problem which is hunger. Rizwan's mother is sick, his father died, his two brothers had to drop out of school. he is a would-be journalist but will become one only after submitting interviews from 5 people. The same way Kazim is a rag seller and he is suffering from hunger. To conclude, Rizwan and Kazim are in the same situation where they are suffering to earn money for their family to survive and  not to die in hunger.
