it is only possible in a desert animals like camel it is only for saying but the camel store water inside it but in Hindi loop while the correct answer of this question is ant and can live for many days without drinking water

I think so mainly desert animals like camels , snakes can survive without drinking water because they do not get sufficient water so they have the capability to survive without it .
animals like sharks ,penguins , frogs can also survive without water for a week .
