hey there !!

given :- no. of rotations = 21 and the distance covered = 19.8m

now ,

no. of rotation = distance covered / circumference of the wheel

21 = 19.8/2πr

2πr = 19.8/21

2×22/7 × r = 19.8/21

r = 19.8/21 × 7/44 = 0.15m

hence radius of the wheel = 0.15m or in centimeters = 0.15 × 1000 = 150cm

hope it helps !!
