Number of oranges eaten :-

$\tt \longrightarrow10 \small\bf\% \: \sf \: of \tt \: \: 100$

$\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{10}{100} \times 100$

$\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{10}{ \cancel{100}} \times \cancel{100} = 10 \times 1 = \boxed{ \tt 10}$

Number of oranges rotten :-

$\tt \longrightarrow20 \small {\bf\%} \: \sf \: of \: \tt \: 100$

$\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{20}{100} \times 100$

$\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{20}{ \cancel{100}} \times \cancel{100} = 20 \times 1 = \boxed{ \tt 20}$

Now,

Number of oranges remaining :-

$\tt \longrightarrow100 - (10 + 20)$

$\tt \longrightarrow100 - 30 = \boxed{ \tt 70}$
