Height of her brother Vladmir = 6 feet.

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that at the time , the shadow is proportional to the height of the person.

Height of Kaye = 5 ft and 4 inches  = 5(12)+4 inches (∵ 1 feet = 12 inches)

Length of shadow of Kaye = 24 inches

Length of shadow of Vladimir = (Length of shadow of Kaye)+(3) inches

= 24+3 = 27 inches

i.e.

\dfrac{\text{height of the Kaye}}{\text{height of Vladmir}}=\dfrac{\text{length of shadow of Kaye}}{\text{length of shadow of Vladmir}}\\\\\Rightarrow\dfrac{64}{ \text{height of Vladmir}}=\dfrac{24}{24+3}\\\\\Rightarrow\text{Height of Vladmir}=\dfrac {27}{24}\times64=72

i.e. Height of her brother Vladmir = 6 feet.
