the state can change when we put it on freezer it can take the shape of solid but when bring it take the shape of liqvid after few min.

in freezer, it changes it states from liquid to solid because our refrigerator absorb energy from icecream due to which the liquid molecule changes to solid form

but when we remove icecream from freezer it starts to melt from solid to liquid because icecream releases energy to atmosphere
