Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.

Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action. In other words, it is writing the sentence in reverse order.

Example: She is baking a cake. (Active)

A cake is being baked by her. (Passive)

Keep your belongings safely. (Active)

Your belongings are to be kept safely. (Passive)

Hope it helps :)
