Good health and career both are equally important.if health is not good we cant work and if work is not good we cant maintain good health.
the first and foremost think is we must never skip food for any reason.though we are busy sometimes in job intake of food must not be avoided.there are many people those who save time by even working during the meals time, this must be completely avoided.
intake of fruit juice and a balanced diet will keep our mind fresh and energised to keep our brain active and to think innovative.
maintaining our body health with yoga or physical exercises will do good to our body.
avoid junk foods which is very easily available to eat tasty and quickly.it makes our brain very lazy.energy level decreases, blood circulation slows down.
to cope up with all these issues we must first spend ME time,a particular time compulsorily must be spent for ourselves.

Good health and a promising career are two facets of a fulfilling life. For a person to live a quality life, one has to handle both the personal as well as the professional aspects well. Both the domains are interlinked and contribute to the overall well being and sense of self worth. Overdoing or ignoring either will be detrimental to the individual. For instance, an individual has to work hard to build a promising career. It may involve working overtime and looking at the computer screen for hours at a stretch. This will inevitably result in deteriorating physical health, with symptoms of spondylitis surfacing sooner or later. If it is not corrected with appropriate exercise and precautions, it may become chronic, thus adversely affecting the individual's ability to work.

Similarly, good health without a promising career can make an individual vulnerable to mental illnesses, including depression. Not only will the person feel dejected, but also have shaky confidence levels, further adding to his or her woes. As an individual gets stuck in the vicious cycle of low self worth and its consequences, it becomes exceedingly difficult to break free and start afresh.

The best way to avoid such situations is to find a way to balance the two aspects, for they are but two sides of the same coin.
