1st law-- the orbit of a planet is an ellipse around the sun at one of the focii
2nd law--the line joining the planet and the sun sweeps equal area in equal imterval of time
3rd law --the square of period of revolution of planet around the sun is directly proportional to the cube of mean distance between planet qnd the sun
let r be the distance between planet and sun and t be the period of revolution
t^2directly proportional to r^3
t^2/r^3=k...( constant)
