For UPPCL abc code is a code generated by your prepaid meter,you just have to open your prepaid meter ,press 5 button firstly it will display abc code then press it 4 more times,Each time it will show 5 digit number total 4 times,it is 20 digit code,note down that without any spaces and fill it in the abc column.
