in this there is two angles are already given

and, we know that, sum of triangle is 180•

so, 30•+40•+x=180•

then, we get x=110•

so, this is obtuse angled triangle

and, sides are a+b>c

b+c>a

c+a>a

By angle sum property, which states that"

the sum of all three measures of a triangle is 180 degrees".

Let the third angle be 'x'

So, 30° + 40° +2= 180°

x = 110°

So, he draws a triangle with angle measures as 30 degree, 40 degree and 110 degree and and side measures of 5 cm, 7 cm, and 8 cm.
