Explanation:

Both NaHSO4 and KHCO3 are definitely salts. They are formed by the partial neutralisation of dibasic acids,H2SO4 and H2CO3, by the alkalis NaOH and KOH respectively. They cannot be called acids because they don't liberate H+ ions in aqueous solution. The bicarbonate ion hydrolyses in water to give OH- ions also.
