KHF2 are existed but KHCl2 or KHBr2 are not existed why explain it?

Difference in Size of K,H and F is less so the formed ionic bond will be stronger . Whereas in case of khcl2 and khbr2 the size of anion goes on increasing , thus there would be less effective overlapping of their radius.
Another reason is that for ionic bond formation difference in electronegativity of cation and anion must be more than 1.7 which can be seen in KHF2 ( en of K=.82, H=2.1 and F=4 ) but not in kcl2 and kbr2(en decreases on going down the group)
