yes I think it's have not to get mobile phone until high school because of many reasons but as we usually see in present time that the children which is in class fifth he have also mobile phone and he plays game and using all the social websites like Twitter Facebook WhatsApp and different other so this impacts on yesterday as he will be busy in phone he will give his and most time to phone then the yesterday time will decrease itself and you know that if they are getting phone then the excitement is very high and they start use and misuse the phone hand according to my thinking the student should get phone only when the maturity comes under him .
