I can tell u that the last (option4) is incorrect as according to the Hund's Rule of Maximum Multiplicity, we cannot have a second spin in a subshell until it's half-filled. The photo is not much clear.

For other options (extra):

1) option is correct as quantum no. l (angular momentum) is 0 for s subshell

2) option is correct as the 4th quantum no. is for the spin which is related to electron and not orbitals

3)The value of m in orbital d_{z^{2} } is 0
