( \frac{11}{3}  \times  \frac{ - 5}{11} ) + ( \frac{ - 16}{21}  \times  \frac{7}{8} )

 = (  \frac{ - 5}{3}) + ( \frac{ - 2}{3} )

 =  \frac{ - 5 + ( - 2)}{3}

 =  \frac{ - 7}{3}
