When a particle is moving in uniform velocity , it will have same speed at any instant of time , so instantaneous velocity is equal to instantaneous speed.
The particle will also have displacement which is equal to total distance covered.
Since it a uniform velocity , the speed and velocity are same through out . So the average velocity and average speed remain same
