m–3 ion consists of 10 electrons . that means after becoming negatively charged it has 10 electrons. therefore in the elemental form it has 10–3=7 electrons. no of protons is equal to the no. of electrons in elemental form which is =7 , mass no.= protons+ neutrons=14 . hope you have understood
