C.P. = ₹ 6000, overhead expenses = ₹ 1500

Effective cost price = ₹ 6000 + ₹ 1500 = ₹ 7500

S.P. = ₹ 6200

Since, C.P. > S.P.

Loss = C.P. - S.P.

= ₹ 7500 - ₹ 6200 = ₹ 1300

Loss\% =  \frac{Loss}{Effective \: C.P.}  \times 100 \\  =  \frac{1300}{7500}  \times 100\% \\  =  \frac{52}{3}\% \\  = 17 \frac{1}{3}\%

Hence, \: loss \: is \: 17 \frac{1}{3}\% \\
