Kinematics is the study of motion of objects without considering(regarding) the force acted on it or else in simple words geometry of motion

For example, car moving, water is flowing in river, motion of train etc

Dynamics:

Dynamics is the study of motion of objects with considering ( regarding) the force acted on it in particular direction or in simple words the motion of object studied under action of force IT particular direction.

For example, motion of block tied to rope where tension is acted, force at hinges and motion of them
