Kinetic friction is always less than static friction. Why?

in static friction between two bodies, both are at rest and well entrenched with each other. but in case of kinetic friction,  bodies are in motion and the force of attraction between them is low.

so due to high force of attraction in static friction, high force i.e. high static frictional force is needed for changing its state, from rest to motion. thus static friction is always more than that of kinetic.

kinetic friction is less then static friction because in kinetic friction one object is in the moving condition and there is less inter molecular attraction between the object whereas in static friction there is relative motion and this there is much more inter molecular attraction
