Kingdom fungi have cell wall, but still it cannot be classified under kingdom plantae. Why?

Fungi are not classified in plant kingdom because their cell wall is different from plant cell wall and is made up of chitin. they also lack chlorophyll and hence can not do photosynthesis and are not autotrophic.

plantae kingdom has organism which have cell wall and are also autotrophic.But kingdom fungi has organism which have cell wall and are heterotrophic. Thus,fungi can't be classified unde1 kingdom plantae because the are heterotrophic.
