Perimeter of square=4×72=>288m
=====
Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
=====
As it is said in question perimeter of square=Perimeter of rectangle
======

288=2(l+b)
288÷2=l+b
144=80+b
64=b
=====

Area of square=72×72=>5184m²
Area of rectangle=l×b=>80×64= >5120m²
=====

DIFFERENCE=5184-5120=>64m²

Find the perimeter of the square:

Perimeter = 4 x Length

Perimeter = 4 x 72 = 288 m

Find the breadth of the rectangle:

Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)

288 = 2(80 + Breadth)

144 = 80 + Breadth

Breadth = 144 - 80

Breadth = 64 cm

Find the area of the square:

Area = 72 x 72 = 5184 m²

Find the area of the rectangle:

Area = 80 x 64 = 5120 m²

Find the difference in the two area:

Difference = 5184 - 5120 = 64 cm²

Answer: The difference in the area is 64 cm²
