Kirchhoff's current law states that :

"The magnitude of incoming current is always equal to the magnitude of outgoing current at a conducting junction."

OR

"The current flowing through a conducting junction is always conserved"

OR

"The sum of current at the conducting junction is always zero. Provided that, the direction of incoming current is taken opposite to that of outgoing current".
