According to Kirchhoff's first law, the current (I1) entering a given junction of the circuit in a certain time (t) = Current leaving the junction during the same time (t)
∴ I1×t = l2×2
=> q1=q2
That is the change entering the junction is equal to the charge leaving the junction .
