Answer:

After talking with Buddha, Kisa Gotami filled with hopes and she went again from house to house to collect mustard seeds as Buddha asked her to collect the seeds from those houses whose family had not seen death. She went to many houses but no one could give her the mustard seeds because no one could fulfil the Buddha’s condition. Therefore she couldn’t find mustard seed and felt disheartened and finally she realized the no one could escape from the death.

Answer:

At the instruction of Buddha, Kisa Gotami goes from house to house in search of a single mustard seed from any house where nobody has ever died. She is filled with hope that once she finds it her beloved son will be restored to life by Buddha. But it is impossible to find such a house. The poor woman returns empty handed.

Kisa Gotami learns the precious lesson from the wise Buddha and her great grief is removed. Death and sorrow are universal and natural process. Human life is full of suffering, trials and tribulations and each person must overcome them. Real wisdom is to accept the inevitability of death and continue to move ahead with the journey of life.
