Step-by-step explanation:

let the area of rectangle be x

if the length is increased by 7 then x+7

breadth is decrease by 3 then x-3

length×breadth

(x+7)×(x-3)

2x-3x=7x+21

-x-7x=21

6x=21

x=21/6

x=7/2

length = 7 cm

breadth =2cm
