If two persons are inside a closed box they cannot breathe easily and some times they sit more time in that they can even die. This is because both of them inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. After sometime the amount of carbon dioxide in the box increases and they inhales the carbon dioxide thus result in death.
